About MDDMA
The Mumbai Dry-fruits & Dates Merchants Association — known as MDDMA — is a non-profit trade association founded in 1930 in Bombay by 11 pioneer importers and traders dealing in dry and wet dates and dry fruits sourced from Muscat (Oman), Basra (Iraq), Iran and Afghanistan. The Association was created to protect the interests of the trade and to advise members on the rules, regulations and laws of the Government of India.
