To help us understand and route your grievance, please include:

  • Your full name and reliable contact details.
  • Your firm name and membership details, where relevant.
  • A clear description of the concern, including dates and the service involved.
  • Any relevant reference number or supporting screenshot that does not expose another person's confidential information.
  • The outcome or assistance you are requesting.

MDDMA follows a simple process designed to make the concern traceable and place it with the right person.

Acknowledgement

The grievance is recorded and checked for the information needed to begin review.

Review

The officer may request clarification and coordinate with the Association office, committee or service provider.

Response

You receive an outcome, next step or explanation through the contact channel supplied with the grievance.

Other trade matters

Not every concern is a digital grievance.

Member trade disputes, regulatory representations and membership administration may follow separate Association procedures. Contact the office first and describe the nature of the matter; it will be directed to the appropriate channel.
