1. Scope
The Mumbai Dry Fruits & Dates Merchants Association ("MDDMA", "we", "our") operates this website to provide public information about the Association and to receive membership applications and enquiries.
2. Information we collect
- Membership application: firm name, proprietor or partners, business address, GSTIN, products, your name, mobile, email, nominee, bank and branch, and the names of your introducers.
- Contact form: your name, firm, mobile, email and message.
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we do not use analytics that identify you.
3. How we use it
We use application data to assess your application under the bye-laws, to contact you and your introducers, and to keep a record of members. We use contact data to reply to you. We act on the consent you give when you send a form.
5. Retention and security
The website deletes form records automatically after 24 months. If your firm becomes a member, the office keeps your membership record for as long as you are a member and as the law requires. Data travels over encrypted connections.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or erase your data, and you can withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect what we did before it. Write to our Grievance & Data Protection Officer, Aditya Parmar, at grievance@mddma.org, with the reference number of your form. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
