1. Purpose of this website
MDDMA.org is the public information website of the Mumbai Dry Fruits & Dates Merchants Association. It explains the Association's history, leadership, work, membership route and public contact details. It is not a trading marketplace and does not facilitate transactions.
2. Information and updates
We aim to keep public information current and useful. Association details, office bearers, services, eligibility requirements and linked resources may change. Where a current circular, rule or direct written communication from MDDMA conflicts with general website text, the more specific and current Association communication prevails.
3. Membership information
Submitting an enquiry or application does not automatically create membership or any entitlement. Applications are subject to eligibility checks, supporting information, applicable fees and the Association's review and approval process.
4. GBAUG and external links
GBAUG is the separate member and trade platform connected to MDDMA. Its accounts, listings, circulars, RFQs, community features and related services have their own terms and privacy notice. Other third-party links are provided for convenience; MDDMA does not control their availability or content.
5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its content in a misleading way.
Unless otherwise stated, website text, design and Association identity materials belong to MDDMA or are used with permission. Limited quotation with clear attribution is permitted; commercial reproduction or use of the MDDMA name and mark requires written permission.
6. Responsibility and applicable law
General website information is not legal, financial, regulatory or trading advice. You should verify important requirements through the relevant authority or professional adviser. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MDDMA is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or from unavailable third-party services.
